EXCEL was founded in 1999 by Patrick Williams and since then has become market leader in appointment setting for commercial insurance brokers. Patrick started his career in Direct Marketing, with a focus on tele-marketing. He became a successful tele-marketing team leader in credit risk, leaving to establish EXCEL.
Our business has developed into one of the largest independent provider of qualified prospects to commercial insurance brokers, with an enviable client list and testimonials. Working in the market day-in day-out we quickly identify brokers' new business trends, as we see early doors the market sectors that are responding best. This bank of knowledge is brought to bear on all our broker work, helping drive value into the contracts we hold with them.
We are used as the cold call experts by brokers, operating for them at the coalface of their target market. We do what they don't want to, pick up the phone and speak to business people who they have no current connection with. Years of experience in making those calls gives us a finely honed skill-set to convert a cold call into a qualified prospect and from there to an appointment. We enjoy our work, taking pride in helping brokers convert a contact list into client relationships. It's a partnership that works really well, backed by positive financial results for all parties.
We have expanded our marketing services to now offer in-house produced marketing collaterals that support our work for brokers, including copy writing, e-marketing, brochureware, web-site, PR and campaign incentives. All of these support the goal we share with brokers – driving their new business higher.
