EXCEL are FSA Authorised (reg Nos 456516) and we operate under the same disciplines as the brokers we work for. When we contact prospects we do so in the name of the broker, representing them directly and our FSA Authorisation provides compliance comfort to our broker clients.

Technical Matters

We can offer the agreed contact list in a web based format allowing you to check ‘realtime’ on the progress we are making. All our lists are continually screened against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service and the Mail Preference Service data list. These lists prohibit customer contact. The Contact list we work on belongs to the broker, not us. We never re-sell this data. If there is a potential conflict of interest, such as targeting the same prospect in the same territory we will advise immediately and decline the business.
