Corporate Telephone Preference Service
The facility, established five years ago, whereby private telephone numbers can be added to the TPS ‘do not call’ list is made available to all businesses from 25 June 2004. Although all organisations that make Sales and Marketing calls will be subject to the new regulations, independent research shows that as many as 70% are unaware of the Corporate TPS.
It is vital that both client and prospect data is fully screened before making Sales and Marketing calls in order to avoid the fines that may be levied for infringement.
But it’s not all bad news. Excel Marketing Solutions can provide advice on how to work within the regulations, together with arranging database screening by one of our strategic partners. The outcome of Corporate TPS regulation will be a better working database of organisations that are open to Sales and Marketing calls.

Excel Marketing Solutions has always maintained a strong focus on the Insurance market and has elected to apply for the appropriate FSA registration to ensure our own compliance when working for clients in this sector. We view this as a very positive step in providing the levels of service and professionalism that our clients rightly expect.
