Since the formation of EXCEL in 1999 we have worked exclusively in the commercial insurance sector, operating at the front end of brokers’ new business divisions. We have two distinct but inter-related service offerings; Tele-Marketing and Marketing Agency.

Tele-Marketing

We are steeped in the industry giving us a real understanding of the broker market and the markets they operate in. Our primary task is to drive qualified leads to brokers sales execs. We are a specialist tele-marketing based business, with a highly successful track record built over the last 12 years. In 2009 we were appointed as BIBA’s ‘Find a Broker’ call transfer service, an endorsement that recognises our standing in the industry. Given our long background in the commercial insurance sector we are well versed with the main areas of market risk covered by commercial brokers. This is critical because when it comes to approaching cold prospects we need to understand the area of cover that a broker is pursuing and to be able to engage with a prospect on this area. It is this knowledge that sets us apart from our competition, leading to higher validation of contacts and a greater number of appointments.

Marketing Agency

Our marketing services were extended in September 2011 with the launch of our own in-house full service Marketing Agency, enabling our clients to benefit from cutting edge marketing comms solutions.

I founded EXCEL in 1999, initially to offer credit risk appointments to Brokers, using my experience in tele-marketing to do this. Since then we have built a high quality business that still focuses 100% on the commercial insurance sector.
